JB&B has a solid range of experience in the design of MEP infrastructure upgrades across market sectors and building types, from office buildings of all sizes to critical operations centers and data centers, sensitive healthcare facilities, and residential and cultural facilities. Tapping into our knowledge base of older building systems as well as state-of-the-art building technologies, we hone our focus toward optimal building operations and sustainability. The key to a successful building infrastructure upgrade is astute recognition of the limitations a project poses: tight operating conditions, maintaining building operations during the upgrade, compatibility with legacy systems, code upgrades, and the maintainability of the new system. JB&B’s reputation for acute analysis and expert execution has kept us at the cutting edge of the upgrade services sector.
JB&B has been responsible for the design of numerous interior spaces, including trading floors, amenity spaces and office technology spaces. JB&B provides an engineering staff with a proven record of innovative design and experience in the latest techniques of energy conservation, system technology, and fire and life safety systems, as well as the expertise to balance the technical and sustainability requirements of an interior space with the comfort of the people who will be living and working in it.
